When you email us

We receive the sender information and message you choose to provide and use it to respond, evaluate an engagement, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Do not send credentials, private keys, health information, policyholder information, or other sensitive customer data by email.

Customer assessments

The current assessment is designed for customer-controlled execution. Scope, permitted data, access, retention, deletion, subprocessors, and incident contacts must be agreed in executed engagement documents before real customer data is used. Latticis does not rely on this web notice as authorization to process assessment data.
